Finding mentors is critical
- Many people have more than one mentor
- Can be formal or informal
This can be a complex process, and it is a 2-way street
- Choose faculty who have experience and track records in guiding fellows through projects to completion
Think about this early- set up informal meetings with faculty to discuss potential projects
- Anticipate meeting with multiple faculty members
